net Forum - General Game Discussion : Vazbol via Audiogames-reflector If you just wanted bread, why even bother to pay for the rest of the stuff? Or better yet, it's like buying a sandwich specifically with lettuce, tomato, bacon, cheese and chicken, then asking them to leave you only the bread. In the end, I didn't do it.But why buy a game that is known for its battles and mazes, spend forty bucks on it, then cheat the battles? To me that's a lot like buying a house with an in-ground swimming pool in the backyard, and then watching other people swim in it. I considered cheating in BK3 during a couple of the fights near the end of the game, because they can be damned difficult. I can understand cheating to get past a really difficult battle. net Forum - General Game Discussion : Jayde via Audiogames-reflector I'd suspect that you'd need to build a script of some kind to make such a thing work, but that'd have to come after you figured out what values you needed to modify for doing just the Starter Manamon replacement. So yeah, that's probably the only reason I'd even consider cheating in either of the Manamon titles. What are your thoughts on this? Granted, I doubt that we ever will get Randomized battles and encounters as some people can do in the Pokemon series, not without loads and loads and loads of value modifications, but I'd certainly love to see if such a thing were possible or even doable at all without causing the thing to break horrifically. It'd certainly offer quite a massive replay value increase if you could have that be a possibility.I was watching a friend of mine fiddle around with CE with Manamon 1 to see what he could figure out. What else would be really fun to modify would be to have either completely random Manamon encounters in the wild, or it'd be fun to have all of the trainers have random Manamon. I do have to admit that there is one reason I'd consider cheating in either of the Manamon games. That reason is to figure out which values correspond to the starter Manamon and a different one, thus you could start the game with, say, a Pandorbit right off the bat in Manamon 1 or something. net Forum - General Game Discussion : Coydog via Audiogames-reflector Plus, it'd be very awesome if it could be pulled off successfully.Īudiogames-reflector mailing cheat values in manamon 2 I was thinking that since there are values for things like a Manamon's Exp-points and other things, why shouldn't the Manamon's Manapedia entry be swappable by modifying some other value or several, which could possibly lead to the Manamon being swapped out for an entirely different creature? Is this likely to happen, probably not, but it would certainly offer quite a lot of replay value if this were possible. Though, if one were crazy and patient enough to sit there and fiddle with the different values enough, it'd certainly be interesting to see what is possible to do with Manamon and its sequel. Re: cheat values in manamon Yeah, I'm aware of that.
